- Is the due date worked out by AI?
- No. It's a plain rule built from each racket's own history: how long this customer usually goes between restrings. You can always see the reasoning, and change the date if you know better.
- Whose customer list is it?
- Yours. When a customer asks for their data you can export it, and when they ask to be forgotten you can erase them. The GDPR side is built in, not bolted on.
- Which sports does it cover?
- Tennis, squash, badminton and racquetball. Each has its own strings, tensions and habits, and each racket keeps its own history.
- I’m not great with computers. Will I manage?
